The Media Has Set The Stage For Election Night Riots

// November 3rd, 2008 // POLITICAL ARENA

Without question this has been a heated election season and thanks to the media we may be in store for election night riots upon an Obama loss. The media elites have declared Obama the winner of this election since he won the Democratic nomination. They have shown ridiculous polls to support their candidate while ignoring any poll that suggests McCain is still in the race. These liberal anchors have joined the Obama campaign in playing the race card every time a legitimate question is raised about Obama.

The media set the stage in 2000 and 2004 by over hyping exit polls promoting the idea that the Republicans stole those elections. The message this year from them is, Not this time. By prostituting their role in America, the media has convinced dimwitted Americans that the race is over.

Once again on election night they will not cease to droll over inflated exit polls. They will do everything within their power to insinuate that an Obama loss is only possible by either cheating or racism.

If Obama loses the real chance of riots exist. If a town can riot because they are thrilled that their team won the World Series, imagine what will happen when Obama supporters are outraged because they feel cheated or betrayed.

God forbid riots happen, but if they do know who to blame. It’s not McCain, Republicans, white people, or George Bush. Though they will all be blamed. The true culprit is the media. After brainwashing their loyal subjects with their propaganda the media is solely responsible for the outcome of an Obama loss.

I did not notice any articles about rioting Weds morning did I miss something

  2. Dero says:

Make that ONE poll out of thirteen with McCain in the margin of error. Fox News just updated with a newer poll. It has Obama at plus 7. Their last poll was plus 3

Do us all a favor, and follow up on this Wednesday morning, will you? I’d be very interested in reading how you feel if, a) Obama doesn’t lose, and b) there are no riots.

Conservatives are going to find out what the libs felt like following the last two presidential elections. The world didn’t end then, and it won’t end now. The Dems learned from their losses, and came back, and unless the whole field of statistics turns out to be nonsense (I doubt it), they are going to clean the GOP clock. The question is, can the GOP come back next time? There needs to be some real soul-searching, and the screamers need to be purged if there is any chance of getting the votes of moderates and independents.

Great . . . someone in support of Palin has the audacity to call me a dimwitted American. I sure hope you and all of the rest of you that voted for W the past two elections are checking yourselves out in the mirror.

  5. Dero says:

There are 13 national polls being used in Real Clear Politics current average.

One has a margin of error where McCain could possibly be leading. One has a Margin of error where the race could be tied.

How the hell else can the media report this? That’s 2 polls to 11 others giving obama leads outside the margin of error. And that’s not even getting into state polls. You’re basically upset that the media ISN’T cherry picking polls.

  6. Arkady says:

This is an excellent point the beefing of the polls and the constant attention on only the biggest polls will provide them an explanation. An explanation that something went horribly wrong, because how could the polls be so incorrect?

Even reputable pollsters like Zogby and Rasmussen are showing a slight edge to Obama outside the MoE – I just refuse to believe it.

    Obama will lose.

  7. geevill says:

How can Gallop and others pollsters truly believe Obama will get 91% of the Democrat vote? Obama spent $22 million on pollsters alone in Sept. Obama cannot win if we get out and vote. GOP, Indies and PUMAS

  8. CKA in Red State USA says:

You’re right. But I believe that even if Obama wins, there will be riots.

His and the advocacy media’s blacks-are-victimized/the-rest-of-you-are-racists campaign will empower those militants, black or white or Day-Glo orange, whatever, to take out their pent-up hatred.

If he wins, the amount of problems, damage and violence will simply be less than if he loses, IMO.
