JAG Of The Week: Chris Dodd; Not Running For Re-election

Just like a good conman as soon as he is done screwing you over he is splitting town. Chris Dodd announced that he will not be running for re-election this November. There is no way Dodd would have won. After 3 decades people have realized that he is part of what’s wrong with the democratic party. Don’t expect him to go away for good. I suspect he will show up in some capacity in Washington down the road. It’s hard to keep a good conman down.

Jag Of The Week goes to not just one person, but rather an entire group. The group ACORN is perhaps the biggest group of Jags I’ve ever witnessed. They are everything that is wrong with America.

A couple of weeks ago I announced a new weekly feature called, “Winners and Losers Of The Week”. I have been racking my brilliant mind all week trying to come up with a better name for this new feature. I have a fondness for the word bastard, but felt it might be to offensive to some. When I moved to the Midwest I latched on to a new word. Jag. For those of you who don’t know what a Jag is, allow me to explain. According to Urban Dictionary a Jag is “an irritating individual with no sense of a social filter and no realization of the implication of his actions; socially inept.” What better way to describe many of the Jags who will be named Jag Of The Week. 

Without further ado, I present to you the first ever Jag Of The Week. This week we have a three-way tie. And the Jags are…Arlen Specter, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe. These Jags have turned their back on America for political gain and for that they are the Jags Of The Week.

New Feature

Soon I will be starting a new feature at MonkeyCrash called “Losers and Winners” of the week. It’s similar to O’Rielly’s Pinheads and Patriots. Okay, it’s the exact same thing. The name “Losers and Winners”  is generic for now as my mind could not come up with anything more snazzy. This will be a weekly feature.
